What are your delivery options?
We offer standard and express delivery options. For same day and express delivery within Bendigo please order before 1pm M-F and 11am Sat. Please see our website for current delivery rates.
Where do you deliver?
Our same-day delivery service covers all areas of Bendigo including Bendigo (CBD) East Bendigo North Bendigo West Bendigo (Long Gully / Ironbark area) Quarry Hill Golden Gully Flora Hill Kennington Strathdale Spring Gully Golden Square Kangaroo Flat Ironbark Long Gully California Gully Eaglehawk & Eaglehawk North Sailors Gully Epsom Ascot White Hills Jackass Flat Strathfieldsaye Maiden Gully Marong Huntly

Do you deliver Sundays / Public Holidays?
I'm sorry we are closed on Sundays (apart from Mother's Day) and Public Holidays.
Do you deliver to Hospitals and Aged Care homes throughout Bendigo?
Yes, we deliver to both Bendigo Health and St John of God Hospitals (please note that flowers are not permitted in Critical Care and Lilies are also not permitted due to their strong smell). We service all Aged Care Homes.
Can I customise my order?
Yes! We love creating custom arrangements. Please contact us with your requirements and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Otherwise you can call us on 03 5442 6758 to place your order with one of our amazing Florists! It's that easy!
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery Bendigo is generally available if you order before 1pm on weekdays and 11am on Saturdays.

Can I request specific flowers for my arrangement?
Absolutely! We'll do our best to source your requested flowers, subject to seasonal availability. Get in touch with us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
Do you offer wedding or event florals?
Yes! We love being part of your special occasions. Whether it's a wedding, birthday, corporate event, or milestone celebration, we can create stunning floral arrangements to suit your vision and budget. Contact us to discuss your event.
How far in advance should I place my order?
For everyday arrangements, we recommend ordering at least 24–48 hours in advance. For weddings and large events, we suggest getting in touch as early as possible — ideally several weeks or months ahead.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Absolutely! All our arrangements come beautifully presented. We also offer special gift wrapping options for those extra-special occasions. Just let us know at the time of ordering.
Can I include a personalised message with my order?
Yes! You can add a personalised message at checkout. We'll include a handwritten card with your flowers — a lovely touch for gifts and special deliveries.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Yes, we'd love to see you! Visit us in-store at 276 Lyttleton Terrace Bendigo to browse our fresh flowers and arrangements in person. Please check our website for open hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards apart from AMEX, as well as other payment options available at checkout. If you have a specific payment query, feel free to contact us.
Do you offer corporate or subscription flower services?
