Conditions of Purchase:

Returns & Refunds:

With the proper care you can expect your fresh flowers to last between four & seven days.  To enable the very best life span please read the following guide:

Cut all stems on an angle when you receive the flowers
Ensure your vase is squeaky clean
Change the water and clean the vase every other day
No direct sun / drafts

Please call us on 0408 738 764 if you feel that the longevity of your flowers (and you have followed the guide above) was disappointing. We will ask you to provide a photo of the arrangement and then discuss a suitable solution.

Same Day Deliveries:

For guaranteed, same-day delivery please call / email / text / web-order us before 1pm. This isn’t set in concrete, so if you have a last minute, same-day order we still may be able to help, but you’ll need to call us on 0408 738 764.

Saturday Deliveries:
Saturday deliveries need to be placed by 12pm Friday.

Public Holidays:

Sorry, we don’t deliver on Public Holidays. However!  We aim to please, so call us on 0408 738 764 if there’s a special circumstance and we may be able to help!

Website Pricing:

Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD$).

Substitutions:

Our medium can be unpredictable. However, you can be assured that we will always use fresh, predominantly seasonal flowers. If you have specific requirements, call us on 0408 738 764

WEDDINGS / EVENTS

By placing an order for the supply and design of flowers for your Wedding / Event with The Flower Mint you agree to the following terms and conditions:  Orders are for Bendigo, Victoria Bridal and Event Clients only.     

Delivery/Collection is only available to/from Bendigo 3550 and some surrounding areas.    

Orders cannot be taken any further than 18 months before the wedding/event date.    

Once your order has been reviewed and confirmed with you via phone or email, a booking deposit of 20% of your total wedding/event flower price is required to secure the services of The Flower Mint on the agreed wedding/event date.

The deposit is not refundable should you wish to cancel, but will be taken off the final balance. The deposit is required within 7 days of receiving agreed email confirmation, should your deposit not be received we will reserve the right to make ourselves available to other party’s wanting to employ The Flower Mint for the wedding/event date.  

All wedding/event floral orders must be placed a minimum of 30 days prior to the wedding/event date due to the need for notice with flower, sundry and supplier third party purchases and orders.

Final balance payments must be made no later than one month prior to date of the wedding / event.  Flowers cannot be purchased or delivered by The Flower Mint until full payment has been received. Payments can only be made by Direct Debit, Credit Card or Cash. Unfortunately no personal cheques can be accepted.   All efforts will be made by The Flower Mint to supply the products agreed upon at the time of booking, however, The Flower Mint will not be held responsible if the flowers become unavailable as a result of, but not limited to, weather conditions, supplier issues or poor quality. Under such circumstances The Flower Mint reserves the right to use similar substitute flowers of high quality as a replacement and will try if possible to discuss the alternative flowers with you prior to supply.   All details of the wedding/event order must be finalised 30 days prior to the wedding due to the need for notice with flower, sundry and supplier third party purchases and orders. After that time, order reductions of more than 5% will not be accepted within 30 days of the order fulfillment date. By 14 days prior to the wedding date no changes can be made to the final order.   The Flower Mint can only guarantee the condition of the wedding day flowers up to the delivery and set up and or collection, after which time care of the flowers becomes your responsibility and The Flower Mint will not be responsible for any damage caused to them. Furthermore in extreme weather conditions ie, heat above 35 degrees, The Flower Mint will do everything possible to condition and care for your flowers to survive such conditions, but cannot guarantee this.   In the unlikely event that The Flower Mint cannot fulfil the order for reasons out of our control, including but not limited to illness, accident or injury, we reserve the right to use substitute staff and companies to fulfil the order. In extreme circumstance if The Flower Mint is still unable to fulfil the order we reserve the right to cancel the order, returning all monies to you.   Magnetic buttonholes and corsages should not be worn by persons that have a pacemaker due to interference and obvious health risks. Magnetic buttonholes and corsages should also not be placed near mobile phone, electronic devices or any magnetic cards ie, credit cards. The Flower Mint cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or allergy from flowers or sundries.
